INGREDIENTS :
BHINDI - 250 GM (LADY FINGER)
SALT - ½ + ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - ½ + ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ½ + ¼ TSP
LEMON JUICE - 1 TABLESPOON
GRAMFLOUR - 2 TABLESPOON
EDIBLE OIL - 1 + 2 TABLESPOON
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
ASAFOETIDA - ¼ TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER - 1 INCH
ONION (MEDIUM) - 2 (INNER PART, FINELY CHOPPED AND OUTER PART CUT INTO CUPS)
TOMATO (SMALL) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1.5 TSP
DAHI / CURD - ½ CUP
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON

I cooked the first part as shown in your video with spices and lemon juice and coating with Besan. Then cooked little more time until Okra is cooked well. It tastes so good. Second part of Masala with all that oil and tomato I didn’t do. Thanks for all your recipe. Some of them are so creative and very healthy.

It might be tasty but as I have seen many of her recipes I found she work mostly on gravies.The real taste of vegetable be it tori,locky,bhindi etc etc is not recognisable after the gravy effect! And I mostly love to have the original taste of every vegetable avoiding dominating flavour of masala!

Your cooking is way too good, but i dont understand why we have to make onion and tomato gravy everywhere, it would taste good otherwise also with only besan, some vegetables lose their taste when mixed with the gravies like okras and brinjals.
