The beat suddenly cuts out, the Chems look a bit confused and then quickly walk off stage - seems like an unexpected end to the gig! Then we see them laughing with Keith backstage - probably about that! Then a DJ quickly starts playing a track - it all seems a bit shambolic and unplanned!
I'm pretty sure when the beat suddenly cuts out around 12.30 is when Keith accidentally pulled a cable out! The gig ends unexpectedly and then they're shown backstage laughing about something 😄
Young Chemical Brothers! Tom had long hair then! Then, in the mid-90's, they were very cool! On the single Voodoo People (1994), Chemical Brothers remixed this song! It turned out very cool! =)

I don't think I'm going off-piste here - I think this was Tribal Gathering '95 or '96. The big top marquee and the hanging décor tell me I'm right. I clearly remember the marquee having peaks/spires like a meringue atop each of those vertical trusses. It was soo hot in there. At one point roped-up climbers removed the coverings from the top of the trusses and it looked like Battersea power station with the amount of steam pouring out of the top. Incredible.

I think, that in fact it wasn't the separate track at all, but the effect of the famous story of Keith accidently unplugging the wire as you can see, that it seems to be really improvised to the drums of Chemical Beats. Notice, that they just cut it in the most unexpected place And the Techno track sounds a lot like Aphex Twin to my ears.

This is Tribal Gathering '95 in a giant tent. Astoria was smaller club venue. This is aso the gig Keith Flint got on stage and danced for the Chems.

Definitely not Astoria. That was an old ballroom type venue. This is a massive tent. It's Tribal Gathering '95.
