a poem about self-supporting

We all face times when nothing goes our way, days are tough, people you care about don't support you.
During those moments, you feel there should be somebody around you to hold you hands and be with you. Talking about myself, I never found anyone who would be there. I had so much emotions within me that I wanted to come out.
So,
Some days ago, I wrote a poem on this. Ammm... i actually wrote all that i needed. And i wanted to be that someone for somebody who would actually care. This is the poem:
