at azure standard you can get tons of items organic or not spices etc, they are from Oregon farm. just give my name as a referral. It's free shipping under $50 other than that it is $5.00 to ship under $50.00. they come to a drop stop once a month
Thanks for taking the time to comment. Soy curls can be quite a welcome addition for people who still want the mouthfeel of meat. Good luck finding them. I tried the ones made in China and was not happy with quality. Butlers is it trustworthy brand made in America, which, of course isn’t much help to you there. I’m glad you liked the cat 🐱
@@NanSimonsen Thanks Nan, I've found some on Amazon UK and ordered a bag. Bit pricey, with P&P and all, but I had to try them having heard so many good things about them. Looking forward to trying your recipe!
Yes, they’re actually rather pricey on Amazon. I bought them there initially, and then I found them at our natural foods market for $6.00 a a bag. The first recipe I used was Kathy Hester’s southern fried (air fried) chicken fingers. My grandkids thought they were eating real chicken fingers. Please let me know what you think of the soy curls.
Oh have fun Elizabeth, you saw Gracie down there. She started crying and I thought “Oh no I’m done”, but she just stopped. She’s 14 and really slowing down now🌻🥰🌻
I would love to try your gravy recipe. The ones we tried previously were too nooch forward, too bland, or too Thanksgiving forward. Please share your ideas. Thank you!
Hi Jenn, it’s so good to hear from you. This is the link for Nan’s favorite mushroom gravy. nansimonsen.com/?s=Nans+mushroom+gravy Be sure to stay in touch.🌻🥰🌻
@@NanSimonsen hi Nan I made it for dinner. It was amazing. My sons loved the tofu with this breading. I only had coarse meal so I ground it down a bit. I made the mushrooms and onions and I also did the mash with cauliflower. It was a fantastic dinner on this cold evening here. I love your videos thanks
Thanks for your comments Judy. I had a hard time maneuvering their website from my iPhone Safari browser, and called the company and was able to talk to a rep. He suggested that I open it on Google Chrome which I did. In the meantime he opened an account for me and added your name as the referring person.😊 Thank you very much for this. The prices are definitely far less expensive for this product. I felt guilty about the Amazon high price. My husband and I actually liked having a little bits and big bits, but it does make sense if we get a number of bags to open them and then sort by size. Thank you for that!🌻🥰🌻
Thanks for taking the time to watch Martina. That same meal has been appreciated by dozens and dozens of people to whom I’ve served it. I’m a teacher and trainer which is what I do in my videos. It appears that you appreciate a very different style, this is mine.🌻☺️🌻
Our household has been using the Butler soy curls for over a year now and really enjoy them. Great recipe.
Thanks for sharing Tracy. What is your favorite use of them?🌻🥰🌻
@@NanSimonsen We use them mostly in soups and Asian dishes.
Just found your channel! I can definitely say you are a natural when it comes to speaking and explaining things. Thank you!
Thank you for your kind comment.

Hi Nan. That looks delicious! 😋. I just love your enthusiasm, thanks for another great video.
Thank you so much Marilyn🌻🥰🌻
Kathy's recipes really are great :D thank you so much for sharing
Great recipe. Hope to get some soy curls some time - hard to get in the UK sadly. Like the cat too! 😺

@@NanSimonsen that was so cute! We just said goodbye to our sweet kitty, Peachy, at 21! 💝💕

Great video. It’s also an experience I’ve had many times. As soon as you switch the camera on, a cat will start yelling for your attention.

looks great but we can only get soy pieces here in Ireland. I might try air fry with firm soya
Hi Lorraine in Ireland!🌻 Let me know what you think of it if you try. The breading is really tasty.

@@lorraine8573 i’m so glad to hear this Lorraine. Thank you for sharing. Did you cube the tofu or break it up in a ragged way? I’ll pass this on
@@NanSimonsen I cubed it and it was lovely. I will be definitely be making it again thanks
Wow nice :) Just found you. Subscribed !!
Hi GG, thank you! There’s a lot more where that came from. Enjoy.🌻🥰🌻
you should separate the bag small, medium and large pieces for different recipes that use different sizes
soy curls are cheaper at Azure standard than Amazon

I buy directly from the company..they are great to deal with!
They are cheapest straight from Butler. Shipping is a bit, but still ends up costing the least.
Give me as a referral or not!!!
Long video intro about all kinds of things. That plate is so full, could feed a family. Very sloppy looking. Sorry, not impressed.
