What I like about Zimbabwe is that in future it is going to supprise many people around the world with regard to development. The more people think how backwards Zim is, it is the more Zimbos get a chance to secretly develop to another level. Thanks Mr. Zim for the tour. Your boy here in Pretoria, RSA.
Ruwa is punching above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Harmony and Roscoe, you show me Zimbabwe others tell me about Zimbabwe. You make the difference, keep it up.
I always thank God for being a Zimbabwean even if it looks dark and not promising within our country people are doing wonders out there,,thanks maZimbos,,l always say ,"The Great Zim ,,keep it up guys you are the best nomatter what,,thanks also to Mr Zim for running around showing us our country ❤
Would have been nice if they all did not put these walls since they are in a gated community. These are really nice houses. Green lawn would have done the place nice.
I would marvel at each n every house in that neighborhood. Very beautiful houses n the designs are simple yet captivating. Ty Mr Zim 🇿🇼, cheers🥂 to incredible content
Beautiful houses. My only concern is with durawalls encroaching the road. There seems to be a competition on who will have their wall closest to the road as possible. Surely there must be some guidelines as to how far from the road these walls should be. The storm water drainage is also blocked by ppl building beyond boundaries, also making roads look narrow.
We have enough Lithium resources alone, the largest reserves in the world by the way , (let's put diamonds and gold aside), enough to let every newly young married couple built or buy such houses. All paid for free by the government from our natural resources money.
Beautiful houses but for the land size ,l think they are kinda big as there is not much backyard or front space for turf or shrubs or trees etc Otherwise looks phenomenal ❤
"chikurubi highwalls" 😅 anyone who has watched Nigerian movies, must have noticed that in the rich areas, every house has durawalls 2 times taller than chikurubi. Terrible.
Real content is going into these homes. Just driving down the street is dry. It's good to meet the people inside the house, see how they afforded building it and who they used
18+k subs. Not bad, but Zimbos you always say you are exceptional people lets prove it by making this a 1mil+ subs channel. Come on guys!!
Road to 1 million 🔥🔥🔥
I concur with you

True, that's what I was telling my friends the other day. That Zim is one country which will surprise many. Thank you Mr Zim for showing us this.
Yep, developing quietly with no pressure (since we are the laughing stock anyway)

Beautiful houses there 🥂Love the boundary walls, they showcase the beauty of the houses and neighborhood overally, which is great.
I totally agree!
The all closed prison like walls are not allowed in this estate & in almost all other gated estates
👌 wow
Iam a proud resident of mabvazuva
This is a nice neighborhood....am still deciding which area l should settle in ...madokero or mabvazuva ....but this one stole my heart
Madokero you have to be loaded with cash because you can buy a bigger better stand.with what you could pay for a stand in madokero
Very neat😎😎😎
Wow these houses are nice!
They are!
Uuuum thats beautiful houses

Wow these Zimbabweans live like queens.

Love Zimbabwe ❤❤❤
Thanks Mr Zim. Could you please feature Boulders Estate in Ruwa, if possible.
Upon reflection this is actually very poor planning or it might be greed because the planners absolutely left no space for trees😢
thanks for showcasing my hood bro!😁
Munya🔥🔥🔥🔥
Stunning neighbourhood though u forgot kutiudza stands prices😅
Oh yes, $22k
Beautiful 😍
Yes it is! 😊
Beautiful
Are there restrictions for building upwards? I don't understand why the people there don't build up and save room for a bit of garden space?
We have enough Lithium resources alone, the largest reserves in the world by the way , (let's put diamonds and gold aside), enough to let every newly young married couple built or buy such houses. All paid for free by the government from our natural resources money.
Thank you Mr zim 🙏
When ever you can Mr.zim can you do complete inside house tours! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Most def
first one here. isn't there some kind of a price for being this fast
Mr Zim pliz check the stand sizes , that look small for 4000m2
400sqm
Does Ruwa have high-density communities ?
It's a mini town it has low, middle and high density suburbs
Place needs some trees. It looks too plain, very very naked
True, developments must b mandate to plant trees, otherwise physical structures is not the beauty of the place but beautiful gardens matter.
Tell the authorities to lay mastic asphalt layer over existing road surface
Beautiful houses but for the land size ,l think they are kinda big as there is not much backyard or front space for turf or shrubs or trees etc
Otherwise looks phenomenal ❤
Hie
Do you still have any stands for sale
"chikurubi highwalls" 😅 anyone who has watched Nigerian movies, must have noticed that in the rich areas, every house has durawalls 2 times taller than chikurubi. Terrible.
Hmmm uku ndekwembinga
How much are they going for
