I'm not understanding how to do meditation should we concentrate on breath and observing thoughts and don't processing with it or sho we should be in silence and receiving the thoughts. I don't know how to do meditation so pls anyone suggest me how to do meditation correctly 🙏🙏🙏
This Is not Meditation .I wonder How can One say Focusing on breath is meditation ...To immature To say Meditation is concentration.... Meditation Is awareness is which there is no me ....When i Am there , meditation is not ... It's something Beyond Mind and Body In which there is No experiencer... experiencer Creates duality... Duality is Process of Mind ....Sheer nonsense If someone say Meditation is Focusing on breath ...... Meditation Is Death Of the meditator....... Mediation Means Understanding The issness...When There is Focus ,there is goal attached ....Goal implies Time ...time Means thought and that means you are still within Mind .... Meditation is coming beyond Time and.seeing the Truth without the seer.
Meditation doesn't have to be a one style or type. Probably you may not agree with him because the way you think while meditating keeps you calm, the same way another person may feel different.

For average joes objective meditation is recommended like focusing on breath mantra mindfulness etc. For advanced people meditation means to abide as awareness and for average joes meditation is to use that awareness to be aware of an object and gradually he discovers the awareness which is being employed to be aware of the object. Once he discovers awareness he can do advanced level. Meditation without object is for people who have discovered this awareness
