Hey George and Lucy! Have fun at the Lanzones Festival. When eating Lanzones don’t eat the pit that is still green in color as it will be very bitter. Normally I eat the pit only if it has turned completely brown and there is no more crunch left in it. You’ll enjoy it better that way. Have fun and take care! 👍

For lansones, i always pick the ones with the tip already removed so the..err, sap? Is already gone/dried. And i pick the small ones, likely it is seedless
