Have been using these since I started using Android smartphones in 2010. The best thing I liked is the animation, transition scale. It removes the sluggishness.
ya its simple also the temp is not of back side its internal temp. while u game internal temps of flagship devices and powerful devices r like 50 to 70 in cpu cores its normal when they hit hard .
One I use is a quick setting toggle called "sensors off". It literally shuts down all the sensors in your phone, proximity, mic, camera, everything... The mic automatically turns on during calls but nothing else will trun on automatically, not even the proximity sensor during calls to turn off the display. Pretty annoying but can save some battery...
The moment I got my OnePlus 7T, I went into Developer Settings and set all animation scales to 0.5x which is the lowest they can be. Made my already blazing fast OnePlus feel even snappier by fastening up the animations.
@@furrycavedweller4140 I said 0.5 as the lowest because that's the setting where you would actually be able to see the animations. At 0, there won't be any animation, it would just open up stuff directly and while it technically would be faster, it won't feel that "fluid". So basically 0.5 is the lowest animation setting cuz at 0 the animation just goes away.

A great developer option is to set smallest width, I personally like small font, and there is only a limit to which you can reduce font. To reduce more, increase the smallest width.
@@ashwathv4844 see, if someone gets a hand on your phone and default usb is set to file transfer then he can easily transfer data to the pc but if default usb is not set to file transfer then he will need to first unlock the phone and then choose the file transfer option from the notification panel...so he won't be able to copy data without your permission

If you charge your phone on a public or other places, it is a bad idea to change the default setting to file transfer. It is extremely easy for hackers to steal your data when you connect your phone to a public or unknown charging stations.
Dont use the default usb settings and connect your phone to a public charging station they can access all your files, as many charging stations are found to be siphoning data

The “File transfer” setting is there for a reason. Let’s suppose , you connected your phone to a friend’s laptop for charging & you unlocked your phone and it gave access to all your data. See! Where i am going with this?
I switch off all animation for lag-free MIUI. MIUI is the worst optimised UI., but the problem was with the animations. I switched them off., Now it's working good for me.
You can use Thermal guardian on aamsung to start throttling at higher temps. Which is like speed mode i guess and use game pluguns for prioritizing game performance over battery and temp.
Never kill your apps , power consumption of ram is much less than power consumption of your CPU, GPU and RAM which gets triggered to relaunch the app. That’s why apple suggests not to force kill an app. Same applied to android as well.

People are still using that in 2022?!! It was fine until like 2016 but nowadays, all phones are good enough to be fast with lovely animations.
It makes phone choppy and makes UI feel like that of cheap device. Smooth and good animations is what seperate good OS from bad OS.
I use .5x animation scale on every android, and it is awesome. As of today, I'm using force dark mode, and it's great as well.

In the speed mode you should have mentioned that the score was achieved because the temperature reached 49° C.

I set my Smallest width to 476 all the time, because i like small fonts... 😎It even works after u disable the developer option..
It's giving wierd white line on the top of the display when I tried changing it from 411 to 454 and 476.... So eventually had to revert to 411😞

4x msaa is a demanding anti aliasing... it will reduce fps on older phones
