First understand ur Interest of domain bro , then do some self analysis in that domain, my advise self learning, if u want u can go for courses, it is u who need to decide which course to do

Generic answer anyone can become a data analyst, but after 10 years of experience in civil practically they won't consider your profile because of two reason : you don't have experience in data analytics domain, and they need to pay for 10 year experience which no company will take risk and spend that much of fund. This is my opinion but there are rare chances u can get a job , course have nothing to do with, u need skills
