Toyota trucks are so tough. I have 2013 Tacoma Sr5 4cly standard 4x4 on 31" tall tires. I hitched 5800 pounds ( about 3 Tons) of Tractor and trailer. I could not believe how well handled on highway speeds. It's was comparable or better then my 01 2500HD (6.0 gas) I owned years back. It sounds ridiculous but its the truth. The 2500HD frame/truck back then was so heavy that it took a lot of capacity and power.

in off roading, you don't need extra huge tires like the Ranger have in this video. The thread design and pattern is more important and the suspension play and smoothness, too much ground clearance won't help it climb faster also.

Totally agree. There is also a thing as "ground contact pressure" and too wide a tire sometimes cannot get the traction as it just floats.
this ranger tyre type is for city ride,,not off road
Best tyres for a ranger are the Yokohama all terrain. Beautiful off road and on road.
