This was a useful lesson series for me. It’s nice to have a video series that basically exclusively focuses on developing language for walking bass, paced for intermediate to advanced musicians. From a content perspective I also appreciate that you’re aware of where your super imposed sheet music sits in the camera frame and you record your finger pointing references accurately to use as a mid session pointer; that feels like an extra level of polish to an online lesson that a lot of people without content creation experience wouldn’t value at first glance. Thanks for that!
I really like the effect of added major 7th on the way up and added b6th on the way down. Those half-steps into the stable chord tones are just so strong. Great vid! Thank you!
