This has definitely helped me understand the new COP better thanks ❤️ this is a very impressive routine and I wish this kind of style was still the same today :( this is a lot better than the routines we have today.
Tchachina I'm sure is one of the gymnast who could have deal with this current CoP, she was fast, she was rather clean(considering the standard), and considering a cop where it was all about BD she had a good handling

I use Ksis (rgform.eu/menu.php). It's very useful, you can save all your sheets. I have an account with my club, but you can use it for free during 2 weeks.

I still think that her 2001 hoop was more epic. This was awesome too, but the older routine is just insane.
