- In a world where streaming movies has become the dominant way to watch movies, I attempt to find the entire Alien collection on Blu-Ray... Including Prometheus and Covenant! Here's what happened!

Preservation of physical media is super important dope video bro 🔥
@@hellsingvx definitely! Especially with the rise of pure digital media. I heard the ps6 will pivot to pure digital content
This is a great video!!
I enjoyed it so much! 🔥☺️
Another underrated spot is library’s
@@Julianhulian yes! I actually thought about covering how the library has more than blu rays. My local library has video games!
My Target has 3 little displays at the end of the aisles and my Walmart has shrunk their physical media down . Unfortunately physical media is slowly going away .
@@rocketdude2969 that’s crazy to think that one day we might not have any physical media at all. And it will become something niche. Kind of like how vinyl records are now.
Deadass you could've found them in my booth lol at swapmeet
@@LouieHustleTV no way!!!! 😂
Throwback to the days when PlayStation used to promote being able to play Blu-Ray disks on their consoles! The physical copies is crazy, and your homie used to work there too 😂
@@stephendavid3384 they probably stopped selling after you left bro! You were carrying blu ray sales on your back 😂😂
Nice vid! You should deffo do more focusing on your blu-ray collection. Do you know about boutique blu-ray labels ? Like criterion, arrow, eureka.
@@Ramel2110 I have heard of them yes! I’m just not too familiar with them. Are they more exclusive/limited?
@@OlDirtyDiego Yh more exclusive and they put more care into their releases, like making sure that the restorations are high quality. they mainly focus on more niche titles. Arrow is my favourite boutique label. Check them out.
@@Ramel2110 bro there’s a video I saw about how James Cameron has been using AI for restoring movies and it’s so horrible! So I can see why boutique labels are popular!
@@OlDirtyDiego he did and like you said it was horrible, but because it was his films he had the final say
I have 3 favourite films Back to the future 1,2,3 I buy 4K films. What I've struggled with is the price (maybe it's to do with the format) I'm after Ghostbusters 2 but even on eBay the price is ridiculous. Here in the UK it's difficult to find films on a particular format, we have loads of charity shops but they tend to be full of dvds (the occasional blu ray) so I've really had to be patient this year.
Yes definitely! I understand what you mean regarding price. That’s why I’ve stayed away from 4K and boutique blu rays.
Good ass video bro keep it up 👌
Thank you bro! More to come soon!
Yeah I was physical over digital, i get if super cheap so in case they take it i dont feel bad about it
@@LouieHustleTV yeah that’s my mentality too. I usually buy digital games on sale and buy the physical also when they’re dirt cheap 😂
@@OlDirtyDiego You gotta the only benefits of buying digital. You could game share with your friends , so that's cool
@@LouieHustleTV yes! Otherwise it’s a rip off in my opinion
@@OlDirtyDiego 💯
I would have waited for the Blu-ray
@@luisrangel7411 I know!! But I wanted to watch the movies really bad. I’ll probably get Prometheus and covenant on blu ray
You also technically if you wanna get real specific you are technically missing two of the alien movies from that collection but it really is tough buying physical media so i get why you couldnt get them all
@@chopkins1999 you’re right! I didn’t acknowledge that so I’m still on the hunt for covenant and Prometheus. Even for the other movies I’m still looking for the blu rays.
