As well as the picks in the Premier League in this video, here are my picks on the continent this weekend 👇 November 23rd Valencia Betis - Lay Valencia @ 1.45 (full stake) Parma Atalanta - Atalanta @ 1.60 (full stake) Celta Barcelona - Barca @ 1.74 (full stake)
Very much a judgment call Callum. When a bet I've placed on the Exchange starts winning, I'll "lay" the bet. If the original bet loses, I'll then get pushed so I won't win anything or lose anything. When your bet starts to win you can also cash out to guarantee a profit either way but this will be for less than your original winnings would and less than if you went for the push option. Hope this makes sense but in summary: If you don't lay your bet when it starts to win, you could win 100% of your return or lose 100% of your stake. If you lay a winning bet, you could win 70-80% or your original return and lose 0% of your stake. If you cash out a winning bet, you could win 50-60% of your original return and lose 0% of your stake. Plus you'll actually win money if the original bet goes onto lose. I prefer to lay and protect myself from losing my original stake but cashing out for a win-win is a perfectly fine way to do things too.

Hi mate how will I know if I should cash out for a push?
