Ooh, what a magical scene! I really like the sound of the thunder and the steady rain, and how it fluctuates. It makes me wish I really could lie right there, looking out the window, safe and cozy. The other sounds too, like the clock and Tinkerbell sparkles, the vintage phone ringing (which plays into your spooky name!) and more, are really good, and evocative. I could easily read to this. PS. I didn't really like the new Peter Pan and Wendy movie, either! I was quite disappointed.
