My stuff never puts itself together like that ^ .. I laid all the parts out to make a sled left for 6 hours n when I came back the stuff was all still sittn there ...

Nice....but the holes design isn’t as practical as you would think. A rectangle would be better. It would give you more area to drill a couple of holes. I would also use a Mr. Heater Buddy heater instead of a woodstove and pipe. Also...more ventilation slider windows.
It is pretty nice design though.
