Hi I would request help . My Music system model is FH-X730BT , System Src is off and the src button not working , I connected ARC app, It shows Source off and i can not make any changes . Any help would be appriciated.
The Pioneer FH-X730BT was manufactured back in 2014. The Pioneer ARC App is compatible with selected Android phones operating the Android OS version 4.1 up to 7.1.2. The phone must also support AOA (Android Open Accessory) version 2.0. Ultimately the compatibility depends upon the individual smartphone. Please note, some Android based devices will connect via AOA 2.0 but may not work properly or emit sounds due to the phones software design regardless of the OS version. The phone and ARC app incompatibility may be causing the freeze issue. I recommend to disconnect the phone and press the in-dash receiver's microprocessor reset button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the Pioneer FH-X730BT just below the USB port on the front of the receiver. @@deckerdotto6035 I wish I would have seen this before I purchased and installed it 🤦♂️. I see I'm not able to install the app on my tablet. This really sucks as my setup takes a long time to install because everything is fabricated. Ugh.... Guess I'll try and side load the app. This so frustrating, when will manufacturers realize there are 100's of people using tablets for their vehicles.

will the ARC app work with a Android tablet such as the Galaxy Note?
The ARC app works with Android Phones and iPhones.

@@brianpatterson7034 no it doesn't, but even with my phone it had issues pairing for ARC use. Great head unit otherwise.
This is going to be great with the Android tablet I fabricated into my Mustang dash. Hopefully it's not buggy like Sony's and Kenwood's.

What version of iOS you have?

But when I connected via USB app is working but music is via phone speaker . My model is fh-x389ub doesnot have bluetooth
