This was actually an interesting one. I am definitely the type of patient that wears noise canceling headphones, and occasionally do the following. If I am listening to a podcast while she is cleaning, I do occasionally make some commentary. If a song that I like comes on, I do occasionally starts singing some of the lyrics. And she does laugh.

I had teeth just as perfect and straight back in my 20s, bust lost my retainer and never bothered to go back to get a new one made. Now I have a V shaped curve instead of that perfect U shape. Dentist said too much recession to risk shifting the teeth now that I'm 59. Oh well, such is life...
