    I have cooked the cilantro and lime rice many times...and everyone loves it. From time to time, depending on the meal, I'll add finely chopped jalapeno (if they are hot) or serrano peppers. I really enjoy your videos...keep it up.
    I am new to InstaPot Pro Crips cooking.

    Great idea to freeze individual servings…but how do you warm it up/use it after freezing?

      I like to reheat pot in pot www.pressurecookingtoday.com/how-to-use-the-pot-in-pot-method-in-your-pressure-cooker-instant-pot/ or when I'm in a hurry, I'll use the microwave.

    I buy cilantro rice when I'm out all the time so making it at home will be a treat. Thank u. I was wondering. Do you like this instant pot? Was thinking of getting it. I read it's very hard to clean air fryer part. How is your experience with it? Do you recommend?

      We prefer having a separate pressure cooker and air fryer, but if space is limited in your kitchen, it's a good option.

    I love your rice, but need more than just 1 cup of rice (family of 5). If I want to do 2 cups of rice instead how many minutes of cook & release should I do on the instant pot? And how much water? Also do I just double the oil? Any info would be greatly appreciated. 😊

      The cook time and release time is the same, just double all the ingredients.

    I tried cooking rice. In same instant Pot. But it gets burnt at bottom. I use pressure cooker and 3 min cook time. Rice to water ratio 1:2 . Is there something I’m missing?

    • @PressureCookingToday
      @PressureCookingToday  Год назад

      If you're using 1 cup rice to 2 cups water (and haven't added any other ingredients) and are getting the burn notice, then you are not getting a good seal and losing too much water as you're cooking. Do a water test and see how much liquid you're losing www.pressurecookingtoday.com/instant-pot-water-test/ You should have an evaporation rate of 2% for every 10 minutes.

    Step by step with measurements would of helped and showing the buttons you used. You said cook for 3 minutes but how do I pressure release for the 7 minutes
