They have asked the Supreme Court to come up with a process to establish ethical behavior for Justices…on their own using their own words, not the words of the Senate. So how does this violate the Constitution? They also want an independent person, selected by the Supreme Court to monitor compliance. How does that violate the Constitution? Kennedies entire rant is BS. We’re Dems pissed when the Republican majority threw out Roe V Wade? Yes they did. Everyone of them , all 6, agreed that Roe v. Wade was well settled established law during their confirmation hearings. Was there corruption involved? How the hell would we know? No rules, no monitoring system. The Constitution is clear in my view for All federal judges and the Supreme Court. All members must maintain “good Behavior” and applies to the Supreme Court and all lower courts established by the federal government. Google Article 3 Section 1, Vesting Clause.
