I’ve ordered sooo many things that you’ve recommended and they all came out perfectly!!! 🥰 things that I found on my own however, a couple items didn’t come exactly as pictured but that happens other stores too lol. Beware everyone. Don’t buy the sweatshorts. I and MANY others have gotten a really crappy pair that is nothing like what Julia has on in the video. I was so excited and they came with no pockets or drawstring and looked NOTHING like these. It was like a cheap knock off of their own item?! Idk but customer service wasn’t much help and basically said I had to pay for shipping to send them back even though they sent me a literal joke of a pair of shorts. anyways, I love you Julia and all these pieces look so cute but now I am afraid to buy from them again after that fiasco.
I believe there was one or two bad batches of shorts and a sweat pant item. Had about 15 people reach out and tell me. But many other got the right pair. I believe it must have been because they sold out too fast maybe so boohoo (unprofessionally) subbed it out with a different pair in order to fill all of the orders. Very sorry that you Experienced this, as I’d never show an item that I didn’t stand behind.
Julia & Hunter I know 100% you would never show an item you didn’t stand behind! that why you are one of my favorite influencers to follow, bcuz you are 100% real about everything!!! I know it’s not your fault they did that either. It’s just very disappointing that they did that in the first place and just makes me feel sketched out that they would just send out bad pairs instead of cancelling orders if they didn’t have enough. Again I know you have nothing to do with this. They basically stole my money so it’s hard when customer service won’t acknowledge what they did and own up to it. Love this video nonetheless tho. Your style is EVERYTHING 💖

Julia & Hunter they offered for me to return them, but wanted me to pay shipping which costs as much as the shorts did themselves so in the end I wouldn’t really be getting any money back if I paid $10 to ship and then got refunded the $10 the shorts cost. And they don’t have any in stock to exchange for, so I decided it’s not worth it! oh well 🤷🏼♀️ if you know any dupes for the shorts let me know! bcuz they are SO cute 😭😭😭

I love your channel and how real you keep it. But these fast fashion brands (boohoo, nastygal, etc.) are not only incredibly unsustainable but also often unethical. Their clothes aren’t good quality and their customer experience is not great ( with returns and other concerns). Would love to see content without these types of brands! 💜

I bought the boohoo shorts after seeing you recommend them on Insta, and they are 0% what is portrayed online. So cheap, awful and ugly tbh.
a few of y'all reached out about this. I think boohoo messed up on some orders.. or ran out of the product or something... i think so many of y'all bought them at once that boohoo still tried to fill orders by using a 'similar' product maybe. regardless, its disappointing and i apologize that you've had this experience. I would never show a product that i dont stand behind. the shorts that i have, I absolutely love - and im bummed that some of y'all have received a different product. I'm not boohoo so I can't make up an excuse for them, but I'd suggest reaching out to their support team or flat out returning the shorts altogether.
Maybe more “mom” friendly outfits . This girl can’t be in a crop top lol
