Addyson bro, If you are using a cover, remove it then plug it to charge. It often fixes the issue. If you can get into the iPhone settings, give it a all settings reset and if you can’t, give the iPhone a force restart at first, even if it does not work, give it a hard reset, by putting it into recovery mode. It should fix the issue.😊
Same is happening to my phone. After you press remove app, nothing pops up.

How do you permanently delete the apps even from icloud? I can't see the apps under the iCloud> manage storage option but the app store still showing the icon as if these apps are store in icloud.

I deleted an app but now there is a grid icon on my homescreen for that app. The icon does not work. When I go to the App Store beside that app it says “Open” but it doesn’t respond.
