Probably Rungo, I guess. Because he's name in Japanese is ラングー (Rangū). In English spelling, it can be Rangu, Rangoo, Langu, Langoo and so on. This game was sold only in Japan if I'm correct, and I assume the Japanese staff might made the English-esque spelling of ラングー(Rangū) and it's the result, I guess. (I haven't played this game yet, so I have no true idea, though.) Plus, this remix has two phrases of the verse and the bridge (or still verse) sections of Rungo's theme from Toshinden 1.
Lang? Is there such a character, or is it unused theme? o_o

Is Lang the butler?
