Hey just subscribed to your channel no this a old video but when the cake come to room temperature do the fondant or gum paste melt on the cake ? Do the color come off on the cake
If it was in the fridge and it’s really warm and humid, you could have some condensation that could cause some color bleeding. I also would recommend you don’t put the gi paste decorations in the fridge at all- you can put them on after you take it out of the fridge. In drier cooler times ( like now) you shouldn’t have an issue. Long story short- don’t put gumpaste in the fridge at all, and for the fondant, it depends
