The bigger question is WHY WAS THE JUDGE TAKING DRUGS? FOR HOW LONG? HOW MANY CASES WILL THIS AFFECT?
So now , all of his cases have to be reevaluated or retry because the judge was on drugs and had a drug dealer girlfriend
They only care because it was a judge . If that was me or you NOBODY would blink a eye

There are more & more cases just like this one where the person who delivers fentanyl that causes death will be charged with their death.
I'm sure he was trying to treat pain and was left wanting from our broken health care system. R.I.P.

why in the hell is a judge taking drugs? should be the first question. second question is how many other judges are taking drugs

It was the judge choice to do drugs . He wanted to get high, he's dead now. It was his personal choice

The "victim" probably made life impossible for her unless she scored the drugs.
Charging people for someone else Purposely Consciously taking drugs on their own is crazy 🤷🏾♂️
So this is why court is supposed to start at 9. But the judge don't walk in until 11:30 launches. At 1 o'clock. And the day is over by four thirty he has to get to his fix

I know of 6 young people who passed away from weed laced with fentanyl and under the age of 30 in my neck of the woods 😢

@@ok.s4830 in my town just two months ago a 23 yr old was found by a dumpster and he passed away from the weed laced with fentanyl...
