I was there, and this was one of the most sensational performances I've ever seen. You can't fully hear and appreciate the band in the audio, but it was interwoven with the excellent vocalist in a piece of brilliance on the organizer's part (probably Barry). Only a few people like David Foster can pull off such brilliance in live performances. (Jeff Lynn is another, see his recent live show at Wembley Stadium for example.) Seeing people like Barry live is like spectating the Olympics and seeing the very best at their art. Not something one forgets.
I know this woman personally. She used to play in band in a hotel where I used to work 30 years ago. She really has gone Far in 30 Years. So damn proud of her.
Wait, I was a KID when the song was released: so let's see, it's been about 35 years since this was released??? Now THAT's what you call songwriting. Classic and stands the test of time! And kudos to the vocalist here for being able to hit those notes and hold them to from here to eternity: not an easy feat and truly a great, great job on her behalf!

Awesome and emotional singing by the one and only Barry Gibb....from the Bee Gees.Barry, Robin, and and Maurics...still play there.records every. Day.....beside beautiful musis and harmony (the best!!) Funny...loved there sense of humor...so cool... Robins voice..was God sent...loved him..maurice was so talented and a beautiful person...Barry did so much for his brothers and vice versa....they made beautiful...beautiful...music together will never be forgotten......

I didnt know Barry co wrote it with Robin, Thankyou. I loved when he started to sing it at a concert in Vegas and then they stopped because Barry felt funny singing it lol. Wonder of a full version of Barry singing it
