Wow! I'm gonna try this one! But first I need to buy a laptop coz I gonna need its batteries. Hmmm...I think, I also need to sacrifice grandma's television. Sorry granny..I'll just replace it with a DIY speaker. Hope you'd like it 😁
KoryDaSavage maybe passive radiators or just pick a bass boosted song lol. Anyway those tv speakers probably wouldn’t be that great because they cant move a lot of air and dont have that much excursion.
I made this exact one but I go ahead and got an amp that fits in a bottle (also known as bottle speaker) and used it as the amp, and it sounds awesome and it flexes the foam too!
I got into using the passive subwoofers used in surround sound systems into one piece boom box Bluetooth speakers mostly 2.1 channel but experimenting with 5.1 channel too. I'm making them to be plugged into AC wall receptacle or can be powered by a lithium battery to make it portable. A lot of fun! I need to make a diy video with a written tutorial to pass on what I've learned from it
@trickfan2772 i like communities like you who actually uses the speakers for something and not destroy them it really helps a lot preventing things to become e-waste none recyclable

Not bad, not bad at all. Only thing I would say is to use wood instead of foam; foam is very weak and will break easily. Also use batteries or cells that have been capacity tested: you don't know what the health of a random laptop battery will be like (and if the laptop still works, you should keep it usable).
ENGINEER NABIL do you mean volume control? why would it need one since it can be done by bluetooth? Unless if it has card slot that can play songs independently without blutooth.
Foam from the dollar store? I can see if you're prototyping. Making sure it's the look you want, or everything fits. How does it sound?... I'm sure that foam is resonating like crazy! It's a cool project though. Nice job.
you should use wood instead of foam, you should also add a passive radiator or a woofer, and you should also use better 18650s (ones that are tested good, instead of random ones from laptops). Old laptop 18650s can be 500mAh - 1000mAh at best.
Otra vez buen video, proyecto parlante bluetooth de TV + baterías. Deberías agregarle un indicador nivel de carga y parlantes subwoofer, quedaría SUPER BUENÍSIMO, very good. Esperaré un vídeo dónde hagas parlantes subwoofer amplificador 50W RMS bluetooth recargable con indicador de carga. saludos👍😀
Hi, my friend, can you tell me where you bought the airplane and the remote control, and what is the workmanship of the airframe, huh, from cork or carton please?I would like to make a remote plane but I do not know where to buy the engines and the control device and I am in Saudi Arabia😭😭😭😭😭😢
A quick tip to beginners: use a power bank instead of scraping a laptop battery if you do not want to mess up or lit up anything. Your boards can be made by cheap Chinese brands, but not chargers or batteries.
The speaker drivers look old. Would recommend newer speakers of a similar size for this project if you are planning to do this on your own. Like the Dayton audio CE70-40P-8 driver.
This project shows the big issue DIY hobbyists face - wood tools. I have all the speakers, electronics connector but missing good box to enclose them. I have plywood planks but not good tools to cut them for the speaker box.

Fantastic - A great use for those elliptical little old TV speakers - Great sound for unit size too.
You are the best diy channel on youtube, you make useful things and all good ideas
obviously the bass is non existent but im surprised how clear it actually is

Do you realize that tv speakers doesn’t have a big suspension
Tv speakers r not designed to play music. because music has more bass than movies
The voice is not real, its not coming from these speakers 1000% sure

I like when people revives old speakers and turns it into Bluetooth boombox hands down 👍

Loved your concept brother... Awesome....👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
i did this with some JBL speakers and blow the styrofoam up when the first bass kicked in :(
U Mean Bass
Just widen your air intake, it was too small: creating a negative in air pressure making the box collapse
Did you put in a bass port??
It will surely blow up coz tv speakers are mid range type of speakers
