It was hot, no wind... the ranch is only a couple of miles from Cave without a name, so Matt may have a huge cave under all that fill. I was a Bexar County spelunker in the 80's.
I can only imagine! We were amazed by how many people were actually there. I was telling my wife how different it was looking at that field of cars, compared to the last time I was on the ranch when I lived there about 6 years ago. We are really glad that someone like Matt came in, to bring life back into the ranch.
Hi there, no, not this one. The owner is completely renovating a 300 acre ranch. He's owned it about a year and is enjoying getting guests out for these "preliminary" guest events until there are accommodations and amenities ready. :)
