wait no one is talking about Moremi son always being as joyous as his mother like it been long but i can't lie to you, I felt the pain of a mother for the first time even without me getting to the point it actually happened in the movie, me recollecting the story of Moremi and also seeing the way she was brave, happy and always putting a smile on her face not only that look at the way Moremi and her son danced in the second to third scene I won't lie to you am courageous but I don't think I can go to that length because I felt the pain of a mother loosing her child not even a child but the only child wow am speechless. I think we Yoruba's should wake up and remember what a woman has done for us we are just not anybody but we are someone among the Africans we are well known for our legends, stories of our forefathers and all that, believe me if Moremi son was alive he would also have had so many generations after him Yoruba's lets wake up a whole linage of someone that could have become even a nation on it own was sacrificed for our happiness hmm

Yoruba Nation is about to be the greatest civilisation on earth. As we've discovered the only philosopher was orumila likes of Aristotle Stole most of our teachings when Alexander attacked Egypt. We are the royal priesthood we are the generations of Kings and Queens our gold is on the head of the queen of England 🇬🇧, they never had crowns only our ancestors had crowns in history. Yoruba wake up and take back your Spirituality thats the only way our ancestors can help because we've neglected them for a foreign ancestor. ✊🏾🖤 #decolonisingafrica

Thank you for bringing back this epic story in a nice way and it was nice to see our old stars all in one movie again. A version of the story i heard was that Moremi joined d ugbo army after charming n convincing their King with her beauty, wisdom, fighting skills and healing powers that she wanted to escort them to war but when they got to war front she killed ugbo pple instead and passed on the secret to one of the Ife people so the next time the ugbo waged war against Ife they lost cos their secret strategy was used against them that's how Moremi returned to Ife. Don't know how true it is but I'm happy to see this type of story classically done. More of this and less of those movies where they speak 70% English in Yoruba movies.
