This sort of thing is why your channel was one of the first...maybe even the first.. retro gaming channels I subscribed to.
I'm blown away that there were 100 games, and the lack of Astroboy (GBA) or half a dozen of my favorite fighting games and Lego titles just proves this is a deeper well than reputation suggests.

Alien Trilogy, Die Hard Trilogy, Spiderman 2 (PS2), Chronicles of Riddick: EFBB and Alien v Predator 2000 are probably my favourite ever tie-ins/spin-offs ever... also; The Addams Family on SNES was *awesome*
Edit: Alien 3 also holds a special place in my heart, as every system got a totally different version and I _really_ miss the days where that happened!
...and shout out all my Batman Cartoon Maker players out there lol... Multimedia PC heads _represent!_ Only real ones know 😂❤
_(...and_ fair play to the Alien: Isolation top 10 position - it really is both _unbelievably_ good and *absolutely terrifying!)*
Great video - cheers Kim 🍻

Hope you make part 2 of 100 more licensed games! There's a bunch of Star Wars hidden gems that you should check out if you haven't. Personally, I loved the RPG part in Phantom Menace, the beatemup Jedi Power Battles, and surprisingly, the terraforming strategy/sim Gungan Frontier... never expected that to be good! Also Starfighter and Battle for Naboo that have the ship that the Mandalorian is now using in the series. And there are fan patches that make the Jedi Knight games SORTA work on modern PCs. It's a hassle to set up though.
I also heard a lot of good stuff about games based on Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter though I haven't played those myself so can't comment... And Godfather was the ONLY GTA-like game I actually 100%ed. It's just really good. As to Bond stuff, I enjoyed all I played but mostly PS1 games of Brosnan era which are not that bad, except the horrible car combat game... Speaking of that, WHEN YOU PLAY STAR WARS DEMOLITION, TURN OFF REGENERATION PADS ON STAGE. That game is great if you stop enemies from endlessly healing.

I only played Bruce Lee on the Atari 800xl back in the day (it felt like a signature release for it, it certainly came out first) and it was an especially memorable game I felt.
It was coloured a little better than the c64 version, though I expect they played much the same. It seems like it was possibly the best looking 800 game in the end, perhaps because it was specifically designed for its palette, ie rather than being just a straight conversion like most of the system's games ended up being I expect.

Considering how awful the movie is, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is a lot of fun. Great fun, bloody, captures Wolverine's animal side perfectly as you unlock his abilities that see you pouncing all over the screen and forcing bad guy's heads into helicopter blades. Really underrated licenced game, IMO. Add Wanted to that under-appreciated pile too. It's janky, not to the quality standard of Wolverine, but there's a lot of fun to be had in the bullet bending mechanics.

The reason why Asterix isn't talked about more is because it's a very European franchise, and it was a Europe exclusive cabinet (even though a Japanese build exists). Ninja Turtles and The Simpsons are world renown franchises, here in the US, only college town comic shops even carry them (and inconsistently Barnes and Nobel), and you're only major exposure is if you take a high school French class. It's not completely unheard of, but not as kinda well known as Tintin, or the heavy hitter of The Smurfs (which even then, the Euro-comics roots are overshadowed by Hanna Barbera's 80's cartoon). And it is a shame we didn't get that Asterix Beat 'em Up. I had to "play it anyway you can" and despite some iffy hitbox detection here and there, it's a solid Konami Arcade that has a lot of atmosphere and charm.
Weirdly, I did see a US released Asterix game on the Switch for sale at a Wal*Mart, a very small and poorly stocked one at that.

Kotor2 gameplay wise is ahead of kotor (after it's had the bugs patched anyway) and has possibly the best villain in gaming history but everything else about kotor is better IMHO. The characters were mostly more interesting, the story and dialogue (minus the previously mentioned villain from kotor 2), just the overall feel of the game was more atmospheric

Another wonderful video. Shameful lack of Edd the Duck though!
