So as you probably know, Lamb’s knee is hurting him so badly. Has anyone had knee pain like his before?! Does anyone know what it is or who he can see in lower FF County in CT,USA? 🥺🙆🏽♂️

Lamb, this could be an early onset of arthritis or just nerve damage/nerves touching. Your doctor needs to refer you to the specialist to check both out. This has happened to me before and the diagnosis was that two nerves were touching. You feel excruciating pain when this occurs. Thankfully it suddenly stopped a year ago. Good luck with that. Watching from the UK.

@@LingandLamb it's the cold weather. So keep your knee warm with all kind of knee pads that will help you. I always have knee pain in winter. Hope this will help.
As an RN, I know how Ling felt when Lamb sent her to get cutlery for the cake after asking him if he needed any other thing before she comes to sit back down. Patients will call you so many times to their rooms even when you ask if there is any other thing they need help with.

My boyfriend started having knee pain when he first came to the UK. He went to the physiotherapist and they gave him some exercises like leaning on the wall and squatting and the type Lamb started doing on the floor. They also recommended taking 10mcg of Vit D everyday preferably after food and during the day. Also, we noticed the pain reduces and almost disappears when he's warm and it's aggravated when he's in a cold place. So try to keep warm.

I suffer from arthritis on my knees I feel your pain. Might try calcium and there is a joint support supplement you might want to try too. Move free those help me so much that I don't take any meds for my pain. Love you guys so much. My favorite couple to watch on here

It sounds like arthritis...the cold weather may be making it flare up.

@@terminator7137 try and regulate your sugar intake, get a rountinal food supplement rich in anti-oxidants especially spices and berries mostly elderberry, cranberries and blackberries + cardamon + black pepper + onions (flavoniods) + pomegranate -> all blended and drink every morning, after these don't eat anything until say 1 /2 noon time, have some animal protein or plant protein if you do vegan, minimize your starchy polysaccharides to 1ce a wk as cheat day food + shut down eating by 4/5 pm and fast until breakfast the next day, do this routine for as long as you can + remember to meditate/pray in the evenings when your fast begins, the spirit man also needs nourishment ....the goal is to build immunity cos obviously there is something underlying thats inflamming your body constantly, help your body to fight, its all your is asking via pain, your body is simply saying help me fight by nourishing me

Can’t have enough of you two. Mr Lamb, I’d suggest you do some core exercises ( this might sounds silly) but the truth is a stronger core lightens the direct pressure on your knees. I used to have the same pain when i first moved to a cold country. It might be because of the cold. Don't just put on your trouser. Make sure you put something under, to protect your knees from the cold. Hope you recover soon.

Lamb, you are most likely Vitamin D deficient. We are covered in a lot of clothing because of the cold, hence barely get Vitamin D from sunlight. That deficiency translates to aches, especially in the Knee. I remember going to the doctors really concerned, only for them to tell me to give Vitamin D tabs a try. Worked a treat.
It depends, if he has or previously had an injury, then his knee will hurt, but what he is describing sounds nerve related, he should get it x-rayed first and control his sugar intake too, he should try and see a chiropactor
We don’t get enough vitamin D from the sun that we need. It’s too much in the atmosphere.
Also my iron was VERYYYY low that my BONES carry pain, weight is also a problem, diet included, less meat

Reduce the amount of meat you eat. Meat is an inflammatory. I use to have the same pain once I changed my diet it went away.

I am not a knee specialist but a nursing student and I think it might be either Osteoarthritis or Rumathoidarthritis because of how your fingers are( call Ulnar drift or deviation and/or Swan neck also call boutonniere) which a risk factor.

Get an MRI/Cat-scan on your knee before seeing a specialist; they need to see exactly what’s happening.
It kinda sounds similar to my knee issue, slight arthritis, a tear & the bones rubbing on each other. I tried acupuncture & therapy & it works.

What you doing don’t add any size, it’s just toning the muscles. Get a PT, it will help you in terms of technique and reps, sets… Lamb will love the results 😍😍
