I am from hyderabad,we tenderize the meat initially in pressure cooker and then cook meat in left over water.This saves a lot of time.Then we add salt,ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder to the cooked meat and saute.Add a little dash of ghee before serving.It further enhances the taste.

Deggi mirch aik Masala hai jisai Mirch ka naam diya gaya hai, jo bell peppers or kashmiri mirch ka mixture hai jo kay create kiya hai Paprika ki karwahat hatane k liye. my mom usee to make it this way except that she used to add coriander instead of ghee and she's hydrabadi.
