It’s like a skewb and a Square-1 merged up together because of the tiny edges.

The trick for this puzzle is first solve it like a skewb. then solve 2 opposing corners. flip those corners.
then you can easily solve the rest, without it shapeshifting again, because 2 corners are locked.
