This has been an evolution of changing an under utilized room into something more functional. If you want wardrobe ideas and closet ideas then hopefully that will come in part 2 but watch the tips at the very end. I hope this gives you storage ideas or ideas on how to pick a wardrobe for your own home.

A couple of tips for those in the market: Think carefully about your clothing and how you utilize your bedroom before designing your wardrobe- and toss out clothing that you no longer wear! 2) Get quotes from IKEA/Elfa/California Closets and THEN speak to a local carpenter. They may be able to build out something for you bespoke at an equal or lower cost.
💗Lovely job! Please show us your process of organizing your clothes, shoes, bags as you load up your closet, i.e. deciding what goes where, etc. It helps!🤗

Just an idea that I used in my closet-making one set of closet doors in to mirrors and using the space between closets for shelves for bags and little accessories.

Gorgeous. I would have done the floors dark brown (as well as the stairs handles) though, would have been a stunning contrast to the overall white walls and closets. The bathroom is absolutely fantastic. (would live in there if mine😁)
YES, I agree with you 100% on that. Also, I would of loved to have seen the closet door handles in the middle of each door instead of 1 by itself and then the 2 together

Gorgeous! I've had built-in closets in my last 4 homes, and designed 3 of them myself. They are game changers! Two additional things I have found super useful: 1. a valet rod, that pulls toward you from the closet, for dry cleaning, or styling outfits, and 2. a pull-out flat drawer, for switching purses, or folder sweaters to go onto the shelves. Enjoy....you've love it!

Just an idea about your mirror. I would keep the mirror and fill the space at top of mirror with a huge photo or multiple photos of myself in my best outfits. I would cover the room with photos of events that I attended and my best and fun outfits worn . I am happy that you went from renting to owning. Owning feels so good❤

The wardrobe is functional, pristine, clean. I love gold (or brass?) hardware linear door handles, the movable shelves and sliding bottom drawers. I also like how the reflection of your bathroom wall is captured by the mirror. To quote Sebastian from "The Little Mermaid" It feels like I'm 🎶 under da' sea🎶 Looking forward to seeing your search for new antique mirror (now that's an oxymoron😄)for your new wardrobe. Either you will find it or it will find you🙌🏾

Absolutely loved the reveal. I ended up turning one of my spare bedrooms into half office and other half built a custom wardrobe as well. It took me couple months to finalize everything but after adding lights above, its dreamy.

I've seen the Ikea unit, like Highlowluxxe. Loved how hers was set up n items displayed. However, this looks so custom n high quality. I'm impressed. Great Job! All you need in that room is, a beautiful decorative rug, a painting n a bench.
