I was in Senegal a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. The people where the best part, so nice, friendly and kind everyone talked to me like we were best buds. Very beautiful country with very good people 🇦🇲♥️🇸🇳
Nice informative video! How did you do everything around transport? Im going in february and I am figuring out what the best way would be to get around
I hired a car with a driver, unfortunately mine wasn’t great so can’t recommend him but ask your hotel and they will be abale to arrange something for you. Public transport is a bit unreliable
Beautiful and thanks for sharing. But you visited just half of the country: Camarance, south Senegal and especially Touba are missing. Of course that's OK in 6 days, the title of the video is a little misleading 🙏🏼
It is impossible to cover every corner of any country even the small ones and you need months if you want to achieve this. This video supposed to be an intro and no where claims this is all of Senegal 😊
very informative video and great ideas for my trip to Senegal, can I ask how you got from place to place and how easy is it to travel around especially as someone who doesn't speak French? Thanks in advance
Hey, congrats on the best Senegal vlog on RUclips. I have a question.....Can you share any info in regards to bringing your drone through the airport and into the country. Did you have any issues? Thanks!
Going Friday for the first time for about 2 weeks with no agenda…as a solo mid 30s traveler who loves adventure…. starting in Dakar and trying to decide if I should take a road trip north towards St. Louis or south towards the animal reserve….any recommendations for one over the other would be much appreciated!
Hi, can you explain how you scheduled the itinerary across the country? Did you use a tour company/package to explore all the places you visited? Or did you create your own itinerary and travelled in the country all by yourself? Really interested in visiting sometime. Thanks
This was amazing, thank you for sharing! I'm planning a trip in a few months to Senegal and Gambia, and would love to email you a few questions! Hope that is ok!
Thanks for your blogs . I follow your vidoes . Quick question 🙋🏾♂️ . How do I fly to Senegal 🇸🇳 do. Stop over via South Africa 🇿🇦. By the way I’m from Australia 🇦🇺
Hello! The animals on the safari are well treated ? The guides had some kind of weapon to defend themselves and tourists in case of anything bad happens? How's that work?
There are no weapons, I only saw a stick but there aren’t any big predators there except for lions you meet on the wall which are brought up by the guides as cubs.

I hired a driver for a few days because information about public transport isn’t reliable plus some places there’s no public transport like the desert
@@brownboytravels thank you, have you got any contact numbers for reliable drivers?
@steffmorris I’m afraid the one I got wasn’t very good, I can’t recommend him
Hey, congrats on the best Senegal vlog on RUclips. I have a question.....Can you share any info in regards to bringing your drone through the airport and into the country. Did you have any issues? Thanks!
That’s very kind of you
I didn’t have any issues, I entered through land from Gambia and left via the airport without any problems
@@brownboytravels ahh, it looks as though drones into the Gambia airport is ok but not Senegal! :(
@WestGoesEast interesting! I flew it generally and had no issues
@@brownboytravels it says senegal airport may take your drone off you upon arrival unfortunately :(
@WestGoesEast ah that’s not good

I did both but I started in the south. I liked the whole place and I think you can do it all, the distances aren’t huge
Hi, can you explain how you scheduled the itinerary across the country? Did you use a tour company/package to explore all the places you visited? Or did you create your own itinerary and travelled in the country all by yourself? Really interested in visiting sometime. Thanks
I did the itinerary myself and then hired a driver, I do have a travel concierge that takes care of everything for you brownboytravels.shop
Is Yellow Fever vaccine mandatory before to enter in Senegal? I'm going this November 2023 from Chicago?
I believe it is mandatory but you must Co form this in the entry requirements based on your passport because sometimes they can vary significantly
This was amazing, thank you for sharing! I'm planning a trip in a few months to Senegal and Gambia, and would love to email you a few questions! Hope that is ok!
Don’t forget to check my Senegal and Gambia playlists, you’ll find a lot of information there already, rest you can ask
how many days did you spend in Senegal?

did you book the jeep guided tour online or rented the jeep yourself ?
Nothing to book, just arrive and get it
