You have a wonderful energy....yes waking up is a difficult lonely path...especially for sensitive empathetic people....but I would say we have a strength inside us that no one can see..otherwise we would crumble ...Blessingd to you 🙏✨

This is so true! I had a trauma induced awakening. Once I saw the patterns and dysfunctions in myself, I saw it in them so clearly and everyone else. Hurt people hurt people and project and everyone is hurt until you wake up and heal it. It makes it easier to forgive them and yourself. It has been lonely and it definitely tests you but I'm ready for those who are awake to come in now. Until then, I'll keep loving me, doing the work and loving my family and all of humanity who might not wake up in my lifetime.💫🌟✨️🩷

Wow, I appreciate this video alot. Some of the things you said help me realized where I need to recognize what I have been doing well and being able to validate myself going through these "cycle breaking" type path in life. Im learning to take up space and trust myself and my own authenticity. Its such a pendulum shift.

@@Avajozdani hi Ava , thank you for the response. It’s strange to me as well. I relistened and it starts around the 2.10 mark and goes for a minute and then subtly fades. Interesting that this time round it was more subtle… maybe I’m unconsciously triggered by the subject that it’s causing this?
