This MP was an IAS officer in Karnataka. Can he publicly say when he was the District Collector or in other senior position, he or his subordinates had not harassed the staff or public.
If the requests and petitions of Public are delayed beyond reasonable time, it also constitues harassment. Can he categorically say that none of the staff who worked under him were corrupt. But at least i could see a MP asking reasonable good and relevant question. The IAS flair was very much there. He may go.long way if properly handled and treated.
