Great video Max! I know this question is not about the U8H Just wondering if you had to pick from a QN900B 75” or 65” A95 K which would you choose and why? See parry of me feels like you when you got the Sony X95K led tv which part of you liked OLED. I’ve had a C9 65” but part of me thinks I want to experience 8k tv with that brightness. Yes my living room is pretty bright and on 7 1/2 away from the couch. I’m just figuring the 75” 900B will drop to $4000 which is close to what the new QD-OLED 77” inch will be
Bought my Hisense75 inch U8H in December from Best Buy. Good luck getting a 75 inch one now it's impossible. Now as far as the overall picture it is amazing when you get it dialed in just right. I had a lot of trouble getting the SDR to my liking but found Stop the FOMO's settings spot on for SDR content. The TV has the issues you mentioned but for the price point as you stated, you won't find a better TV. If you get the 65 or 75 inch, I recommend you get the extended warranty. I made the mistake of not getting an extended warranty on my TCL 6 series 75 inch and it went belly up after just 2 years with black screen issues.
Hi max, can you please go into detail about motion issues with some content? Thanks for review, I’m glad you’re late with with it because now I know DV is fixed?
In certain movies, I notice some black smearing (ghosting) from time to time when watching content. One example I noticed it was fast past movies like Pacific Rim and Godzilla vs. Kong. When it comes to motion, my eyes are a little more sensitive than others. You might not see it, but I had to say that in the review for others who might be sensitive in that area.
im looking for a tv just to play my ps5 on 50 to 55 inch is what i want but i cant decide between u8h or tcl 655 or 646 any recomendations?? it should also be noted my current monitor is only 1080 and 60hz so anything is better but i dont want to waste my money as well one of these if the others are better
Dolby Vision game mode at 60fps looks great on this tv but switching to 120 looks blurry and very washed out. I've tried txt clarity HDMI enhanced and it still looks awful. Definitely something wrong when paring this TV with series X.
@@onestopshop it’s already considered the best LED. Competes with Samsung and Sony OLeds. Even better than the song x95k Processing is something that will update better later on
I need some settings help with my U8H. Every video setting, stock, looks like washed out garbage. colorless and dim. I mean absolutely horrible. I have an Xbox Series X. If I cap my Xbox to 60fps via Xbox's display settings, I can make the picture look pretty good by tweaking the hell out of settings. Again, I set my Xbox to output only 60fps because my picture is unbearably horrible at 120fps. These are my 4k 60fps HDR settings, just to make it look _pretty good_: Local Dimming High Backlight Level 100 Picture Mode:: Filmmaker mode Contrast 100 Brightness 42 Color 70 Tint 0 Sharpness 12 Color Temperature Standard Active Contrast Off Color Space Native FreeSync on (I notice FreeSync is a little brighter) Instant Game Response On Color Tuner (will only post what I changed) Red Saturation -3 Green Saturation 10 Yellow Saturation -2 Yellow Brightness -2 Gamma Calibration Input Level 5% Gain -15 My GameZone settings: Black Level -2 White Level -10 Bro I had to do all this just to make my picture not look horrible. Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong? Everyone else factory picture settings look better than my insanely tweaked settings
I got 4K 60 Dolby Vision game mode looking fantastic but 120 looks so blurry even with txt clarity enabled. I think the U8H is broken when it comes to 120. I've tried everything.

Recently bought 55u8h. Can't wait to experience
First thing you should do is turn off all the lights and pop on some 4k hdr demo video. mind blown
I've been thinking about this one for my kids basement TV. It looks like a winner
I just got the 75 inch version for $1300. Crazy good price I couldn't pass up.

Please comment on it's AI upscaling feature. How good is it compared to top Samsung products?

great review, looks good. Hisense has a availability problem also
Is filmmaker mode ok or still has issues?
WOW that’s Hisense not bad!
Is the text crisp on your PC? there's big problem with OLED where the text tends to blurr on the pc.
I haven't updated my U8H yet. But instead of showing update M1103, its M1109. Any idea?
What are the odds that I just got mine delivered

Is that issue on hdr 120 too? Or just Dolby Vision 120?
LG, Sony so support Dolby Vision and HDR 10, not plus. Still good.
Hisense televisions for secondary televisions like children's bedrooms are a fantastic option. Hope you are all feeling better.
Idk man you take the u8h & put a sony processor in it & its probably the best LED on the planet

Go to Stop the FOMO's SDR settings and copy them down just the way he has it, and you won't go wrong.
What update is it, because I still have lip sync problems.
If you are having sync issues with your soundbar use passthrough it fixed mine.
oh look the 758H all back in stock in my area again! at $1500? yeesh, might as well get the x90k.
