In my opinion, because the code on Bond is now fully developed and X-Men is still very new, I can't really compare them. I do think the shots on X-Men are more unique and satisfying when you hit them.

Do you know what shots light the “fast ball” where you shoot a ramp and then the sentinel?

From the rules I found online, and this could change... Lit at the right inlane after attempting one mission.
When active, a ball return to the right inlane lights a strobing shot up the left ramp. Collect for 500k, ball returns to left flipper then combo shot the sentinel for 2.5M - 3M total.
