A really idyllic, beautiful development and great tour! by you Tumi-so eloquently presented in detail. I do agree with a comment on the house being abit to narrow for me personally, however, great use of space for such limited width.
In the upstairs lounge, I would put an appliance garage/fridge/larder in that nook, then you wouldn’t have to keep going up and down the stairs for drinks and snacks. Great idea to put the washing machine off the hall, but I do wish that British homes had utility areas where the bedding etc. is. My sheets come off the bed, go about 1 meter to the washing machine, then either go into the nearby condenser dryer or onto the bedroom balcony. 🇮🇹 Who wants to take their underwear into the kitchen? 😂
Such a small space, but so amazingly done that you actually forget it's original dimensions.. The realtors have really put some efforts in design n detailing.. you can actually learn a lot of ideas from such a construction.. thanks for this video..👍
Loved this property ❤ i would have preferred a toilet in the first floor though imagine the guests having to go downstairs to use the toilet i wouldn't want them in my bedroom either. Overally its beautiful though. Thank you so much much for your vlogs i always look forward to them 😊
