    Id rather give up sleep than exercise but the damn exercise makes you so sleepy lol catch 22

      lol it’s true. I find that if you don’t go balls to the wall and just work out a little bit every day it actually does energize you.

    I went through this for undergrad 😖 then I found out I have adhd!

      I think everyone who works in medicine has some level of adhd. We wouldn’t be able to handle the chaos otherwise
