I don't know where this doctor got her information, but cranberry juice actually is beneficial for certain UTIs. For instance e-coli, cranberry juice helps to keep it from sticking and water helps flush it through. It may not cure you but it can help.

I agree. The reason for it is that it has a high dose of C vitamin which is crucial in fighting against bacteria of any kind

Just make sure you don’t have an issue that mimics UTI like interstitial cystitis. Cranberry juice on that is like an atomic bomb going off in your bladder.

I just saw this video Bottom line-“Natural treatments for UTI INFECTIONS”, where they mentioned cranberry juice having too much sugar that instead of helping heal it would not. He instead suggested cranberry extract in capsule form. So I would say not to completely X out cranberries. 👍🏼

Someone told me that soap was causing her UTI. She then switched to pH balanced soap because it is softer. Is she mistaken?

    A neglected cause of UTI.
*FECAL DUST: It comes from fecal residue, left after wiping with t. paper (complete or, worse of course, incomplete) . Through drying and friction it turns out to dust and through air it travels to, at first stage, the uro-genital organs, causing UTI, and later to all house surfaces. That explains the high rates of UTI cases and the inadequacy of the known advise by Drs : “wipe front to back”. The best answer is the VERTICAL JET BIDETS.

That other 15% that no one talks about.. what could be causing the uti besides E. Coli.. I’ve been dealing with one for over a month and I’m taking a D Mannose supplement, just started eating probiotic yogurt, and taking a probiotic supplement as well.. would could be the issue if it just so happens to not be E. Coli and how do you treat that? Do I just simply have to wait it out?
