Lectron, work of art, still prefer the Kehin PWK with Stic Met rod, best kept secret in the industry imo. not many 2t gurus engine tuners seemed to have gotten into this.
So , he measures 10mm on top. How long is the complete sleeve what goes into the clutch lifter?? What is that 50mm?? So why did i get a sleeve what gives only 26mm of length with the 2100007 magura.
I put one on my 2018 Yz250x and I love it, but I did have to add some washers between the slave and the collar to get the right free play(there was way too much).
Want to put one of these on my son's 99 CR80... Do they make one to fit a 99 CR80?? Thanks for another great video 👍🏻 Keep up the good work, it's appreciated 💯👊🏻
How much lighter did it feel? Is it one or 2 finger pull now? Compare it to another bike please like ktm? Ive got a 2000 cr250 fitted it with shorter version of moose racing clutch lever that gives lighter pull, plus a cheaper version of moose racing light clutch pull metal device box, if i had longer lever be lighter feel and alot better that standard ss I have arthritis but need more info on this as alot of money of im not happy lol
Thinking of ordering one of these for '15 RMZ 250. Do I also need to get the mineral oil and bleeder kit, or does the kit come with oil already? It seems you bolted it one and it worked just fine, or maybe that was editing?
You will need to use a lever designed specifically for the Magura hydraulic clutch so most likely you wont be able to use your old cable style lever. However, the lever that comes in this kit in a breakaway lever and there are replacements available in standard and shorty lengths for most bikes. You can check out the replacement lever here: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/parts/magura-hydraulic-clutch-replacement-lever-p Hope that helps!
Rocky Mountain ATV MC Cheers that’s awesome, I have just been on the ARC website as well and they offer levers for all Hydraulic systems(Brembo, Magura, Nissan) for ARC levers, it’s just my go to fav lever can’t go with out it cheers again .🤙
To find out if this part will fit your machine, use the drop down menu on the product page and enter your year/make/model. If the machine is listed it will fit your model.
It will be similar, most of these are just like replacing a clutch cable and clutch perch. Just make sure you measure the free-play at the slave cylinder and use the correct spacer. -Charles
Hey do but guys sell a replacement lever that sweeps back a little more ? the stock one stick's out from the bar to far for me..or maybe u can suggest a aftermarket one the sweeps back closer to the handlebars?
That was filmed up in beautiful Payson Canyon, Utah! You can check out the full build video with even more great shots of that area: ruclips.net/video/G53MWAG-VlI/видео.html Thanks for watching!
Yeah nar you missed out the only hard part 🤦♂️ bleeding them is a pain in the butt and if it isn't dead straight they suck air! Also getting the correct free play is very difficult as the slave cylinder stroke is very short so ypu either don't have any freeplay or you don't have enough disengagement... they need to improve the design and make better install kits
You sound like you just need to pay someone to do your work for you. Welcome to mechanics, a magical place where nothing goes right and everything's a pain in the ass

Had it installed. Works great for 5 hours then the clutch was burned. After 3 sets of burned oem plates. We looked at it and there was no free play. Contact magura and no back up from them. 3x200 euro on the clutches. 330 euro for the magura set up. Still not working and back to the cable. What a shit company magura.
finally saved up for the magura clutch and bought one now i just need to get a dirtbike.
kråkfia it’s a joke dumbass
Lmfao. Sell me the clutch for $150 . Then you would be $150 closer to getting the dirt bike
Lol
1:52 I noticed a plate bracket that cam has on his 250 build and has them for sale
That see through carburetor is cool
Joshua Corona it’s also self adjusting

Litterally looking for a vid like this yesterday
Dang, hopefully it still helped you out! Thanks for watching!
Will it work with rekluse?
Nothing beats a well lubed OEM cable, imho.

That's good to know, thanks for the feedback and glad you're loving it!
Glad to know I’m not the only one that had to add washers
Did you use the longer collar
@@generaldrz yes. It was too long though. I had a buddy machine it shorter eventually to get rid of the washers...

No editing tricks! These kits do come pre-filled and bled so if you follow the directions exactly it shouldn't be necessary to bleed the system.
@@rmatvmc Thanks! I noticed this question was asked on the website and got it ordered!
Oh, perfect! Make sure to let us know what you think of it!
Can you get this setup with break away lever?
ASV makes break away levers specifically for the Magura HYMEC that you can purchase separately on their website.
Good video guys, are you restricted to using the Magura lever or can I retro fit my ARC unbreakable lever to the Magura perch master cylinder ?
You will need to use a lever designed specifically for the Magura hydraulic clutch so most likely you wont be able to use your old cable style lever. However, the lever that comes in this kit in a breakaway lever and there are replacements available in standard and shorty lengths for most bikes.

Does this same process work on a 1999 KX250 2 stroke?

Is this fit on Gs 150 sazuki bike
Will this kit (PN) work on a 2019 CRF 250RX?
Sorry, unfortunately Magura doesn't yet have a system available for the 250RX.
See i was going to get one of these vs the easy clutch i got easy clutch for more reduction in pull 27 percent vs 25 on this one
Nice! How are you liking it?
Will this fit on a 2020 yz250 2 stroke
Yes
Go to the site (rmatv) you can out in your make and model and it will tell you. as Honda says it’s yes
I bought one from RM and it’s leaking after 1 ride!
Cool! Where was the b-roll footage of the db rider from?
