- Carpentersville resident Paul Calusinski presents his evidence of Village of Carpentersville trustee Kay Teeter violating numerous building codes with her house. Political ally trustee Judy Sigwalt attempts many times to silence Paul and screams over him, but is overruled by President Bill Sarto.

What good are these board meetings? This guy had proof the trustees and board members didn't get written up for violations that were worse than what this speaker Terry was written up for. Double standard for the elite that can get away with a rabbit cage on the front porch or a broken window for several years, and this gentleman was made to renovate his entire garage with soffits and fascia and had only 10 days to do this?
They never even responded to his proof of their violations. Basically they just told him his time was up, so he was basically talking to a brick wall for 5 minutes.

I never saw a display of unproductive committee meetings with more in house fighting and unprofessional conduct ,the people of Carpentersville really should have a good look on who they elect to these positions.
It's November 2021. If this man attempted to speak this way today he would have been shut down within one minute. They would have told him he's out of order and they will not tolerate this presentation, he must stop immediately and leave the meeting. That's how it works now.
