Attention K-Mart Shoppers! Once there was a K-Mart in every town. Only 9 remain with only 3 left within the continental United States. Let’s check out one of the last K-Marts on Earth!

We used to go there for the nachos. I miss the blue light cart and the cafeteria in the back of the store.
I grew up about 2 miles from this KMart in Woodcliff Lake. Been in that KMart tons of times. I think there was a skating ring called "Fritz Dietl" a stone's throw from. I think there was an arcade right next to it too. I bet those places are gone by now.
It looks pretty well stocked. So it doesn't look like they're doing too bad.
Wow, I luv Kmart and miss it. Texas closed all the Kmarts years ago in Houston area. I still remember the ceramic banks & the ham sliders packed in a clear bag😋👍👍. The mustard & lettuce was soo goo on the tiny sandwiches.👍😁
I worked at Kmart during the 80s and early 90s. Way back then, I couldn't imagine a world without it.
It’s so weird, isn’t it? The sad part is, they didn’t have to go under. Target and Walmart are thriving… They’re currently currently as a market for that kind of store. I think with better management, they’d still be thriving today.
I worked at one of the last Kmarts almost 13-15 years ago. Ran the garden dept. it looked identical to this and even then it was a ghost town. It’s not hard to see why they were one of the first brick and mortar businesses to close. Walmart is next. Zero change, starvation wages and a terrible online presence.

Its sad Kmart is being extinct, I remember in my small town there is a Kmart in a mall the mall (small) was just been built in 1981, mall was always busy because of Kmart, as the 90s roll in, Kmart was fading away slowly close to mid 90s Kmart closed its doors, the mall is slowly dying, and today the mall is dead, Walmart is the factor of mall dying, Kmart nade the mall busy and active.
As nostalgic as I get with Kmart as it’s a store from my childhood. It’s sad that the store looks nearly identical to the 80s and 90s. You could claim you time traveled to 1989 for this video and it would nearly hold up sans the blue light special callouts.

I like those shirts.
It looks virtually identical. Same layout. Kinda dirty. I can see why they died because Target and Walmart took their market. Still, it looks like a well stocked and organized store. There sadly seems like there just isn't room for 3 of anything outside of food and cars. There's Coke & Pepsi and then you have to get creative. There's just no reason to go to Kmart when Target/Walmart do it better.
