How many times can I collect Jack Kirby's Fourth World?

I wish DC would just once have the faces of Superman and Jimmy Olsen issues restored to Kirby's original pencils and inked by Bruce Tim or Steve Rude or Mike Royer (if he's still around and able). THAT would be a TRUE ABSOLUTE EDITION.

DC is announcing the Kirby essays are collected in the Absolute Edition Vol. 2 coming out this december.

Have you seen the King-Size Kirby editions from Marvel? They are at least as large as the artist editions...

I’ve always wanted to start reading The Fourth World because I’ve been a huge fan of Darkseid and my motivation came back after seeing The Snyder Cut. Would you recommend starting with the absolute, the omnibus or the trades?

Absolute's. The second Absolute just came in to stock at Organic Priced Books, and volume one of the Ab is getting a stealth reprint next month. They are 90 bucks each ,or 95 for the Hardcover Omnibus. The Omnibus is great and has wonderful binding but has a bit of gutter loss.
