"How does this work?!" Easy answer: everything sounds better metalized ...if done right edit: imagine seeing a group of people dressed in holiday regalia (Santa hats, Christmas sweaters, etc...) watching this and literally having their hats blown off from the force of the metal sound, especially when she went into the guttural singing! 😂 Your hat falling off and your edited note mentioning that the hat couldn't handle the metal gave me this image😉
LOL🤣😏😂Be careful 🙄🤣Her husband is the guitar dude with the pretty 8 string..🤣😅 They are from Texas USA. A dangerous thought🤣😂😏 I stayed up to watch this song drop and was very pleased with the result..... but........ Too be honest, I still prefer her version of the Ukrainian Folk song "Carol of the Bells" for the best Metal Christmas song ever. Best wishes for a great Metal Christmas 🎄🤘🔥🤘🎄 🥰🥰Hugs from a Canadian Dear🎄🇨🇦🎄
As a confirmed old fuddie, I quite enjoyed this young lady’s performance. but I’m thinking they needed to bring her voice forward a bit. and banchie is the best description 😂😂😂. Loving the reactions Dude❤❤❤!!!
Powerful voice, but definitely not my type of metal. And actually my body reacted completely different to this as compared to Dan's metal songs. I felt it draining my energy completely, because every note had a downward direction, and it had too much of the heaviness and darkness of death metal in it, which was sucking my energy right out, whereas in Dan's type of metal, no matter which song i hear, and whether i like it or not - yes, there are Dan covers that i don't care for - they still have an empowering and energizing power, that gives me energy, and makes my body want to get up and move. This just made me want to turn it off and go to bed. But yeah, in that way we're all different.
100% this! You just described everything that my brain couldn't put into a cohesive paragraph. The rabbit warren of Christmas songs is turning out to be quite an adventure.
Unfortunately it's not for me this time, Viking. It's the style they chose to do this in, not the band. She has a beautiful voice though. Looking forward to your next reaction. You've definitely gone down a whole new rabbit hole with Christmas songs! Blessings from Brisbane, Qld Australia 💜
Thanks so much for the reaction friend! We have a version of “Carol Of The Bells” that went mega viral last year! Check it out when you have time! 🤘
No, thank you for making amazing music! It is always a blast to find new and amazing material. I fully intend to check "Carol of the Bells" as well ;)
Drummer here. Thanks for taking the time to listen to us! We really appreciate it! Glad you like it 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
Same for you! I thank you guys for making amazing music. Without musicians like you... no reacts and a lot less joy in my world ;)
Yes singing with Dan was my first reaction. Wouldnt that be EPIC!!!
Great reaction to a new version of a classic song ! Thank you Viking ! 😊
Hail Viking! I was very surprised. It was a great choice. Thank you for your cool reaction. And the Santa hat looks good on you.😊❤

Not for me but glad I heard and saw it anyway. It's good to open the horizons a bit! 😮

Nice!! Sorry I missed your premiere. Commute drive and videos don't mix well.😂😂
This is sure different. Almost evil but I guess thats the metal part in it. I do like it. She has a beautiful voice.
I don't know whether Franz Xaver Gruber and Joseph Mohr like the version as much as I do :)
Not for me , DAN would have done it better for sure , love you Viking , merry Christmas to all , peace and ❤from Australia.....
If I'm not mistaken, the lead guitarist is playing left handed. Still waiting for demented comic carols!!!!😂😂😂😂😂
Yes playing left handed guitar. Awesome
