The leaks community never even got into the pale heart, they only became aware of the whole fiasco around 4am. However, TFS was online at around midnight. There *are* story spoilers floating around the internet. HOWEVER:
The only thing spoiled involving the raid was raid mods, which didn’t really inform anything other than the name of some of the buffs associated.
The main spoils were a crossover event, raid weapons (weapons in general), and exotics that weren’t previously announced. No raid mechanics were leaked during that stream, and the only thing related to the campaign that was leaked was the opening cutscene.
Also, Sweat squarely placed the blame on Bungie even though it was already known before he posted this video that the leak was caused by Sony. Nice job, Sweat.
Leaks of the names of the raid mechanics are a big deal dude. In D1 we beat Wrath in just a few hours without any prior knowledge. I agree that he should make another video talking about this more but you are also not looking at this from multiple perspectives.

The names of buffs is hardly relevant to how mechanics work in a raid given that you’ll know the names of the damn buffs when you’re doing the fucking encounter. The Wrath raid leaks were much larger than just some buff names and implications on what you’re doing with them.
Keep in mind EVERY SINGLE RAID contains some kind of buff you fucking carry and use. Think critically, the information in the mods doesn’t actually provide any further insight on how the raid works.

But the raid exotic & weapons got leaked tho so stay off if you don’t want to see that.
Also there is this total BS fake leak about the whole raid. Nothing they said was real, or even made sense for that matter. So if you see something about the “sons and daughters of the witnesses” just know its fake bs.
Just to clear some things up, the only leaks that came out were for weapons and armor (both the raid and the new episode), a few raid mods, a few lore tabs (only 1 was "juicy" but not even that juicy and that 1 specific lore tab is the only source of one specific story "spoiler" that isn't that big of a spoiler), and the intro cutscene you get when loading into the game. Mainly just stuff you'd find by looking through the collections tab. Nobody finished the campaign, nobody loaded into the raid, and nobody knows any story spoilers because the furthest anyone was confirmed to have gotten was a little bit into the first mission. People saying story spoilers besides one specific thing are 100% fake and are all lying for impressions. When players loaded in via the glitch, they were put on a fresh level 1 guardian rank account so they couldn't do anything substantial. People are freaking out over nothing and making things sound like the whole expansion was played through and finished and leaked.

@@sourakotsos The new exotics weren't leaked, D2 content creators attended an event at bungie a couple weeks ago and got to play a small amount of The Final Shape, including having access to all of the new exotic armors and weapons (not including the raid exotic weapon) and all of the pale heart legendary weapons, as well as the new light subclasses and prismatic. The embargo for that stuff dropped with the weekly reset.

It has nothing to do with Bungie, this is purely a Sony issue. People have also got access to Shadow of the Erd tree for Elden ring early with the exact same method. It is unbelievably embarrassing that Sony one of the major platforms would mess up like this. This isn't the first thing either. Sony has also leaked trailers weeks or days in advance of their intended release date as well as their store showing game preorders and release dates weeks before their official reveal. They are absolutely awful with keeping things secret. Like an overly excited toddler

This is the 3rd time Playstation releases a demo or update on their store, and it turns out to be the full game. It happened with stellar blade demo where it was the entire game and not a demo. They also did it with Elden Ring DLC. So now Playstation is the only company that is leaking games to the public.
