i’m pretty sure that this can stun every champion bc of stasis stuff and all of that (don’t remember the barrier thing but there is a way to stun them too with the new scout). i heard it from a vid
freezing them stuns them but hitting a overload whilst radiant stuns them i believe

Slowing a target stuns overloads, freezing and shattering a target stuns unstoppables and the Radiant buff gives any gun anti barrier. The guy above me is wrong. Even then the gun is bad and no one should be using it for high level nightfalls
@@JA-kr1lz well stasis pew pew stuff stuns overload and unstoppable and if you use a radiant build then you also stun anti barriers, and actually it can be good in high level nightfalls with the right build and team setup
@@imanotter4781 even with the best stasis build possible, it doesn’t come close to strand Titan , well of radiance and void hunter for GMs. The gun is just a gimmick and will double the time it’ll take your fireteam to do any strike. Just don’t use it

The weapon is actually quite the monster against all champions. Enough precision shots will freeze the champions and stun them, besides barrier, but you can still stop them from putting up their shield
If Chill Clip Fusion rifles weren’t a thing, perhaps it would be amazing.
ok, but like its only good for stunning them, and we already have so many things to do that with. not to mention chill clip exists along with strand and it takes up an exotic slot for JUST stunning champs. the damage is ass, and the exotic perk is also ass.
@@nicholasmaniscalco9490it’s also really good at creating stasis shards. Something that stasis Warlock actually struggles with. Especially when you compare how easy it is at creating shards on Titan and Hunter.
@ramby4436 i don't play stasis lock, but even then, do you really need that many shards for warlock? You can also easily make crystals for it by using headstone so like....?
@@nicholasmaniscalco9490 Yes especially if you’re running a Stasis Turret build. Being able to create stasis shards without needing kills is very good for Stasis Warlock. You’re not using Stasis Warlock to get a lot of kills. You use it with Stasis Turrets to just constantly freeze everything. Run Elemental Charge with Grenade Kickstart. I was constantly having 3-4 armor charge up at all times using the Scout.
This is the issue with people and Destiny. They look at a weapon then call it ass. Without even trying it on a Stasis build or a build in general at all. Headstone is good if you’re running a Stasis Titan Build or a Hunter Duskfield build. Because those are more aggressive build’s compared to the Stasis Warlock.

sweat idk if you are aware but cross play does not exchange the expansions. I recently bought a quite expensive PC to enjoy destiny but I learned that despite my spendings of hundreds of dollars on expansion are unable to be played on PC.

yeah it's a pvp weapon, gets overshadowed really hard by riptide in pve. It's kinda like Malfeasance for pvp, you either get your optimal ttk of 4 shots or you have a safe net for an almost free kill when you start applying slow, it is not guaranteed like Malfeasance but it also takes less hits and you are at a way safer distance so I say it's a fair trade off, also it has really good chaining potential.

Why is everyone saying you wont freeze in a well? Its literally been this way for ages. Both PVP and PVE. Stasis rifting is one of the best ways to get rid of Well Locks or Bubble Titans.
Because you're not supposed to get frozen in a well of radiance, Bungie buffed it a while back but ig it's bugged

The boss chases you around the entire map before damage phase starts but will always run away and wont stop until it reaches the big room at the center of the map once damage starts when you have the 3 stacks of the damage buff. He is meant to do that every single time, it's part of the encounter by design.

8:13 chill clip only works on fusion rifles, it requires a full mag, takes special ammo, and you need to land two full shots, meanwhile this thing is a scout rifle and only requires you to hit a few precision hits, it's literally an improvement over normal chill clip lol, the only downside is the damage
Chill Clip doesn’t take a full mag to slow or freeze. It’s also doesn’t only work on Fusion Rifles. Riptide slows on the first burst and then freezes on the second burst.
@@ramby4436 "Direct hits with the top half of the magazine" you still need the ammo, meaning that you also need to look for a roll with a small magazine, and even then you still have at least 2 full shots where it won't apply neither the freeze nor the slow
oh, you're right, it doesn't just work on fusion rifles, it also works on rocket launchers, linears, and grenade launchers... which is literally worse

@@samuelsalvatore4511 You don’t need a roll with a low mag at all. You literally do not need to hit a full burst to slow an enemy. Nor do you need a full burst to freeze an enemy. Just use an auto loading roll. Shoot an overload once stun it then switch. Unstop shoot it twice stun it and switch. Also for Rockets chill clip procs on every single rocket. It also procs off of Wolfpack rounds. So each Wolfpack round gets chill clip. As for Linears the stasis 3 round burst is actually very good at DPS. Especially if you’re on a Stasis build. Duality’s GL is one of the best GL’s in the game. Because it can roll both disorienting grenades and chill clip together. Which is actually really good if you know how to use it properly.
@@ramby4436 okay, im going to explain it better because clearly you're missing some details
first, if you have a fusion, it literally requires you to use a small mag for one reason: if you have a small mag, then you have fewer shots that won't proc neither the slow nor freeze from chill clip.
Example: let's say your fusion has 24 total ammo and can hold 4 in the mag. you can spend all 22 bursts, and they will proc chill clip, but the 23rd and 24th bursts will not, because they will be on the LOWER half of the mag, if you have a larger mag, like 6, then the 22nd, 23rd and 24th will not proc. that's 3 whole normal bursts without any damage boost or utility.
the autoloading does nothing to change my statement.
second, you do realize rockets use heavy ammo? or did you forget about that part? scout rifles, in the other hand, have INFINITE AMMO.
third, im not gonna talk about the linear or the gl because they're self-explanatory.
also, in case you haven't noticed by now, chill clip's main selling point is the freeze, not the slow. slow stuns unstoppable champions, freeze holds almost every enemy in the game, including other champions. you freeze a barrier champ, and then you unload your heavy, it makes high-end content far more bearable.
I mean it’s a 3 tap headshot? That’s not awful. If you miss you get a slow. Idk doesn’t seem like a terrible exotic like some out there

I love how darkness architecture has just become "oop been here before" or "oop seen that" like ya man. Do you expected brand new never seen architecture in every area? If you go into one of the many pyramid ships (there isn't only 2 ships), id expect that style.
My RNG just slowly got better over these 3 weeks: around 130 attempts first week, 75ish the second, and then for literally no reason, I got the third FIRST TRY on Tuesday, I've had way too good RNG this season, God roll spare rations first try and now this. Idek anymore.
