What I meant was Where is it & Why is is there!
@@paulbennett772 Oh I see. Well it's a strategic pipeline taking fuel/water etc from the docks to major cities and it's in Somerset
@@paulbennett772 Also it's there because there's a huge hill and motorway in it's way, so I suppose this was the cheapest option?
